recipe yetu leo:Wali, Mchuzi Wa Nazi Wa Samaki Nguru



  
vipande vya king fish
(kwa wale mlio  stockholm hawa samaki mtapata pale kwa duka la wachina hotorget,kungsallen kushoto unaenda mtaa wa kwanza chini) 

  
 
Vipimo:

Mchele                                                       3 vikombe
Samaki Nguru (king fish)                              5  vipande
Vitunguu                                                    2
Nyanya/tungule                                           4
Mafuta                                                       3 vijiko vya supu
Tui la nazi zito                                            2 vikombe
Pilipili mbichi                                              5-7               
Kitunguu Thomu                                          7-9 chembe
Kotmiri                                                       1 msongo (bunch)
Bizari ya samaki                                          1 kijiko cha chai
Ndimu                                                        2-3
Chumvi                                                       kiasi

Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika

1.   Osha samaki, kata vipande kiasi weka kando.

2.   Katakata kitunguu na nyanya vipande vidogo vidogo sana (crush) .


3.   Katakata kotmiri weka kando.

4.   Saga pamoja, pilipili mbichi, kitunguu thomu, ndimu na chumvi.

5.   Changanya pamoja na bizari ya samaki kisha paka katika vipande vya samaki acha kidogo vikolee.

6.   Weka mafuta katika sufuria au karai, kaanga vitunguu kidogo tu kisha tia nyanya/tungule endelea kukaanga hadi vilainike na kupondeka.

7.   Tia kikombe kimoja na nusu cha tui  la nazi, kisha tia vipande vya samaki na masala yake, acha mchuzi uchemke samaki aive.  Ongeza chumvi, ndimu, pilipili ikihitajika.

8.   Ongezea tui lilobakia acha motoni kwa daika chache tu.

9.   Epua mwagia kotmiri mchuzi ukiwa tayari.
          
    10.  Pika wali wa maji/mweupe kama kawaida utolee na mchuzi.
