lunch time leo"MUTTON BIRYANI"


Mutton Biryani Ingredients: 
Cilantro bunch 1/2
Curd cup 1
Garam Masala(Cloves, Cinnamom, Bayleaves, Elachi) to taste
Ghee tbsp 2
Ginger- Garlic paste tbsp 1 
Green Chillies number 4 
Mint Leaves bunch 1/2
Mutton lbs 1 
Oil tbsp 2
Onions large 1
Red Chilli powder tsp 1/2
Rice cup 3
Salt to taste 
Tomatoes big 2 
Turmeric powder tsp 1/4

HOW TO MAKE BIRYANI MASSALA

1.Wash and soak the rice and keep it aside for 1/2hr.
2.In pressure cooker add mutton,red chilli powder, turmeric, salt and curd (don't add water) and keep it for 3 whistles and switch off.
3.Heat oil in a big pan add oil & ghee then add garam masala when they splutter add chopped onions, green chillies when they are golden brown add mint, cilantro then add ginger-garlic paste.
4.When they are fried add chopped tomatoes and fry it till the oil oozes out.
5.Then add mutton(which we have cooked) into this and stir then add the soaked rice stir carefully for 2-3 min, then add water. Note: Remove 1 cup of water because we have water in the mutton as well as in tomatoes.
6.Add the salt to your taste and keep the lid and cook it in medium flame. 7.Cook it till it is done. 8.Serve hot with raitha.
