lunch time leo"FRIED FIRIGISI & UGALI MAHARAGE"

firigisi zako zikiwa tayari zimeoshwa na kusafishwa

unakaanga kwenye mafuta kiasi

kama dk 7 mpaka ziwe brown

firigisi zako tayari kwa kuliwa

maharage pembeni recipe ya maharage bofya HAPA

hapa menyu imekamilika ugali,maharage,firigisi,ndimu na piri piri.sahani mtaiona rafu kidogo lakini msijali misosi mie huwa natengeneza kwa kutandika mwenyewe nyumbani kwa hiyo huwa sipambi wala huwezi ona garnish,garnish yangu ni ndimu na piri piri(kwa wale wanachama mtaniunga mkono hapa)

INGREDIENTS
*500g gizards(firigisi)
*1 tea spoon garlic ginger paste
*1 tea spoon lime juice
*1 tea spoon curry powder
*1 tea spoon garam masala
*half cup oil
*salt to taste

METHOD
put oil in the  pan wait until hot,then put gizards in the pan and fry them both sides until brown,then u can put litle hint of dark soy sauce(to soften) and stir fry again in 1 min.
serve when hot
