mara nyingi samaki akiiva huwa anatoa smile la kichoovu km hili kwenye picha

INGREDIENTS
*whole red snapper(changu)
*spring onion,carrot,green pepper
*garlic paste
*fresh lemon
*vinegar
*soy sauce
*salt to taste
*foil paper
*olive oil(or any)
METHOD
cut all veggies in julliene cut(stripes) and keep aside
in a bowl mix olive oil (2tb spoon),soy sauce (2 tb spoon),vinegar (2tb spoon) and garlic paste
cut lemon pieces and put inside fish stomach and head
now cut foil long two times size of fish,then sprinkle half veggies on foil,put the fish on top of veggies,then put 3 tb spoon of mixture of soy,vinegar and oil,then turn the fish around.
sprinkle other veggies left on top of fish,then put the rest of mixture of soy,garlic,vinegar on top
after you can cut another piece of foil same size and put on top of fish,then you start to close foil side by side(carefully)
the folding foil time is more important,you have to close one side by another and make sure you close well so that steam cannot get away from the fish inside.you have to close all for side and after put the fish on fire or oven for 30-45 min it will be ready.
