lunch time leo"STIR FRY PORK&PRAWNS"

unatakiwa uwe na pork julliene cut

uwe na tiger prawns kiasi chako

onion,green peper,carrot,spring onion na red onion zikiwa zimekatwa hivi

weka ndani ya wok pan olive oil kisha utaweka hiyo mixer hapo juu(pork,prawns na veggies)vyote kwa pamoja katika pan

endelea kuvichanganya changanya humo ndani ukigeuza hata kwa kuvirusha rusha na kubadilisha style za kuchanganya(wataalam watajua ni vipi),changanya kwa dk 5 kisha weka garlic na ginger kijiko kimoja na fish sauce au soy sauce kijiko kimoja then changanya tena kwa dk 5,msosi uko tayari.

baada ya hapo unajisevia,mimi nilitumia viepe na kachumbari,lakini unaweza ondoka na ugali,mihogo,wali au tambi hiyo wewe tu na roho yako
